Transportation options

We are pleased to provide guests of The Westin Athens with complimentary transportation to and from specific locations near the resort:
Shuttle to Athens Center (opposite Amalia Hotel-Syntagma square) runs at 9am and 4:30pm. This shuttle also stops in Glyfada.
Shuttle to Glyfada tram station (on Posidonos Avenue) runs at 7pm and 9pm.
Shuttle from Athens Center (in front of Amalia Hotel) runs at 9:50am and 5:30pm.
Shuttle from Glyfada to the hotel (next to the bus stop ‘Plateia Glyfadas') runs at 10:15am, 6pm, 7:20pm and 9:30pm.

By Taxi
Taxi service to the resort is available from the airport, Athens city center, and the main regional port of Piraeus. A taxi from all these locations will cost approximately 30-35 Euros, depending on traffic conditions. Note that extra charges apply after midnight.
Athens city center has extensive train service connecting it to many other European cities. If you’re arriving in the city by train, you can reach the resort by car, taxi, or our complimentary shuttle.
The major port town of Piraeus is just 15.5 miles (24 km) away, with frequent passenger services from throughout Europe. From there, it’s a 45-minute drive by car or taxi.
